I have another beautiful Oakville winter wedding to share today.  Now don’t get me wrong, I love my warm weather weddings, with lots of great late afternoon and early evening light, and opportunities to find fabulous places for photos.  There’s something quiet about winter weddings, where the light is lower, and the mood can be gray and gloomy.

That was exactly the way Steph and Eric’s beautiful wedding day turned out.  Although it was cold,  warming up the day was Steph and her constant smile, and Eric’s tender looks for his new bride.

It was Steph’s fairy tale wedding day come true as she got ready with her mom and her girls.  Her Alfred Angelo dress was absolutely made for her personality.

While Steph was getting ready, Eric and the boys met at St. John’s United Church in Oakville for some pre-wedding prep and fun.  Afterwards on to Gairloch Gardens and I loved the fact that Steph and Eric, and their entire wedding party were such great sports as we hurried around to complete our photos before we lost the little afternoon daylight that was left.  Afterwards everyone headed to Otello’s Banquet Centre  to dance the night away with great music and great friends.

You can see just a few of the highlights from Steph and Eric’s Day below:

More images from Nicole and Andrew’s fabulously fun wedding day!   And I was beyond thrilled when Jillian of Henkaa Fashions contacted me about using some of those wonderful photos of Nicole and her girls in their store marketing displays.   These convertible dresses are definitely something to look at when considering bridal party wear – and if you have a fun and active wedding party like Nicole and Andrew did, I can personally say they stood up to splashes, wading and dancing in fountains!  I do love my wedding parties who want to have fun!

From beautiful bridesmaid to wedding attitude groomsmen, flower girl paparazzi, and aunties from England who knew how to get the party started, Natalie and Eliot’s wedding at Crosswinds Golf and Country Club had all that and lots more! Such a beautiful setting for the wedding ceremony and post photos and a great place for the party afterwards.  Thanks to Heather and the staff at Crosswinds for always making my time there seem so effortless.  You guys are awesome.  🙂

And speaking of awesome – how gorgeous is Natalie in her Elizabeth Stuart gown, and lovely shoes from Benjamin Adams.

Here is just a sample of the highlights from their day.  *major heart*
